Presently we provide three types of medical services, such as medical consultation, medical education and medico-legal activity.

MEDICAL CONSULTATION

 

We provide private professional consultation in the field of clinical rheumatology in St Hughes Hospital in Grimsby and Spire Hospital in Hesslewood.

 

This includes diagnosing rheumatological conditions, establishing a reasonable therapeutic plan and providing a professional follow-up service.

Within rheumatology, we focus on four major group of conditions:

 

1.

 Gouty arthritis

 including acute attacks, chronic tophaceous gout and gouty nephropathy

 

 2.

 Axial spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis)

 including other forms of HLA-B27-related conditions, such as reactive arthritis,

 psoriatic spondylitis, anterior uveitis, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis- related spondyloarthropathies

 

 3.

 Polymyalgia rheumatica and giant cell arteritis

 

 4.

 Chronic rheumatic pain syndromes

 including osteoarthritis, chronic neck and back pain and chronic  widespread pain syndrome (fibromyalgia)
